Beymenclub.com aims to uphold Beymen’s principle of unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping. Orders placed on Beymenclub.com are delivered free of charge for purchases of 3,000 TL and above. For orders below 3,000 TL, a shipping fee of 99 TL applies.

Free Shipping:Orders over 3,000 TL are shipped free of charge via Bir Günde Kargo (Beymen’s contracted carrier), Yurtiçi Kargo, and Hepsijet. All products purchased from Beymenclub.com are handed over to the carrier within 1–4 business days. Please make sure to check your delivery address before placing your order.

In accordance with the relevant legislation; At the stage of delivery of postal items to the recipient by service providers (postal-cargo companies), at a minimum, the recipient's name and surname, the TC identification number (passport number for foreign nationals, the number of the equivalent document with international validity or the number of the document used to determine the identity issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey) is registered and it is necessary it is stored for at least two years, ensuring confidentiality for disclosure to the relevant authorities. • The return period is 30 days from the date you receive the item.
• Using the return code you created, you can hand over your package to the contracted courier company within 7 days at no additional shipping cost.
• The item you wish to return must be sent back with all accessories, its dust bag, certificate (if applicable), and original box.
• Please do not alter the item’s original box in any way, including by applying tape. Select a suitable outer box and seal it securely to prevent damage to the packaging. Clearly mark the package if it contains fragile items or products that may leak.
• Any complimentary or promotional items sent with your order must also be included in the return package.
• Under the exceptions specified in the Distance Sales Contract, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable products or products that may expire; underwear, swimwear, and similar products whose protective packaging, tape, seal, or other protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; or books, digital content, and computer consumables whose protective packaging has been opened.
• To be eligible for return, items must be unused, with all internal labels intact, any hygiene strip still attached, and all protective packaging and security seals unopened. Items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.
• Large household appliances (including refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, cooktops, extractor hoods, irons, fans, heaters, and coolers), televisions, and similar products that require installation are not eligible for return if opened without an authorized service representative present. If damage, a defect, or non-conformity is identified after the item has been opened by authorized service personnel, you must ask them to complete an incident report, service form, or service report that describes the issue in detail.
• To return large items, please submit your return request by contacting Beymen Club Customer Relations at 444 4 700 or onlinedestek@beymenclub.com. The designated logistics provider will contact you to arrange collection from your address.

• Your return code expires 7 days after it is created. If you have not handed your return package over to a courier branch or courier within this period, and you are still within the 30-day return period starting from the date you received the item, you can submit a new return request and obtain a new free return shipping code.
• Send items associated with the same return code in a single package. Pack items associated with different return codes separately.
• Once your return reaches the relevant warehouse, it will be checked to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
• If an item does not meet the return conditions, the reason for rejection will be sent to you by SMS or email. The item will be returned to your registered delivery address, with the shipping cost payable by the recipient.
• Once the return of an eligible item has been approved, you will be notified by email or SMS.
• Refunds for approved returns will be submitted to your bank within 3 business days.
• Refunds usually appear on credit cards within 1 to 3 business days, while refunds to debit cards may take longer. Please note that processing times are determined entirely by your bank and Beymenclub.com cannot intervene in banking processes. For purchases made in installments, refunds are credited in installments in accordance with bank procedures.
