STEPS TO BECOME A MEMBER

To become a member of Beymenclub.com from our homepage, in the upper right corner“MY ACCOUNT”under“SIGN UP”Click on the option. On the “Sign up” page, fill in the full details of Name, Surname, Mobile Phone, E-Mail, Password. Ensure the accuracy of the email address you use when you sign up and prefer an email address that you actively use.

If you would like to be contacted periodically via your e-mail address, I agree to Beymen Mağazacılık A.Ş.'s privacy policy, the use and processing of my personal data and the sending of commercial electronic messages to me in accordance with the conditions specified herein. You can check the box titled “”. I have read and agree to the membership agreement. You can become a member by checking the box and clicking on the “SUBSCRIBE” button.

If you want to place an order without a member, simply add the products you want to buy from the product pages to the basket and click on the “Continue Without Member” button from the screen that appears in the “Confirm Cart” step. You can follow the information about the order you have placed without being a member at the email address you shared during the order.

You can view your membership information, orders and addresses by clicking on My Account in the upper right corner of our homepage.

You can update your personal information and password from the “Save” field in the “Your Personal Information” tab located at the bottom of the “My Membership Information” tab.

You can enter new address information, delete your addresses or edit the addresses you entered from the “My Address Information” tab located in the My Account section.

From the “My Orders” tab located in the My Account section, you can see your orders and get information about their final status.

MEMBER LOGIN STEPS

Enter www.beymenclub.com and enter the email address and password you set in the “Login” tab under “My Account” in the upper right corner to create your membership. Press the “Login” button. If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot password” link. In the email field on the page that opens, enter the email address you used to create your membership and the text that appears in the “Verification Code” field. Press the “Send” button. Your password will be notified to you by email.

PRODUCT PURCHASE STEPS

You can start shopping by logging into www.beymenclub.com You can add the products you choose when shopping, by making your color and size preferences, to your cart with the button “Add to cart”. When you add products to your cart, you will see the message “Item added to cart.” If you want to continue shopping, you can continue shopping from where you left off by clicking on the “Continue Shopping” button. If you want to make a direct purchase without adding another product to your cart, you can proceed by clicking on the “Buy” button.

On the My Shopping Cart page, you can change the quantity of your product from the quantity section, see the total amount of your product including VAT, apply the Discount Coupon Code or delete items from your cart. In the first stage of the cart page, you can view the products in your cart. When you click on the “Buy” button, you will be redirected to the “Delivery Information” page on the page that opens.

In the “Delivery Information” field, if you want your order to be delivered to your address, you must create and register by entering your address information. In addition, if you wish, you can also pick up the products you buy from www.beymenclub.com from the Beymen store nearest you.

If you want the address on your invoice to be different from the delivery address, enter the billing address by clicking “I want to enter a different address for the invoice”. Make sure your billing information and delivery information are complete and accurate so that your order can be invoiced correctly and there are no problems with delivery.

Once you have created your delivery address and billing address information, you can click the “Continue” button to go to the “Payment Information” field. You can proceed to the next step by selecting the payment type (credit card) you want to use for your purchase and filling in the required payment information by clicking on the “Make Payment” button.

On this page, you need to check the billing and delivery addresses, products and quantity in your cart, the correctness of your payment option; Read the Pre-Disclosure Terms and the Distance Sales Agreement, located at the top left of the page “I have seen all the information,Preliminary InformationandThe contractI have read, accepted and approved their contents.” You can click on the box and click on the “Make Payment” button. You can make the payment by credit card or debit card. Once you have entered your card details, you can select one of the installment options and complete your purchase if they are installable products.

For purchases made using the “Make Payment” button, if necessary, the bank or the Beymen Security Unit may need to contact the credit card holder at a phone number and/or email address registered in their system to obtain confirmation of your order. If the credit card holder cannot be reached from the registered contact information, your order may be cancelled in order to ensure the security of the credit card holder.

In order for your order to be approved by the bank, your personal contact information registered with your bank and on our site must be updated.

After the payment is made, you will be informed that your order has been approved. However, you can check the status of your order from the “My Orders” tab. Information about your order is also sent to your email address.

The product you purchase will be delivered within the delivery date range specified on the “My Orders” page. When the order is delivered, you will be notified by SMS by the shipping company that will make the delivery. You can access the shipping stages after shipment from the “My Orders” tab.

ORDER SUMMARY AND AMENDMENT

In order for you to check the accuracy of the data you entered before completing your order, the total amount including the products you will receive and the VAT and shipping fee you will pay in exchange for these products will be clearly shown under the heading “Order Summary”. If there is information that you would like to review and change the Order Summary or that you believe to be incorrect;

  • If you want to make changes to my cart page by clicking on the “Back to cart” button
  • If you want to make changes to the delivery information by clicking on the “Edit address” or “Add address” buttons
  • If you want to make changes to your payment information, you can make the required address change by clicking the “Change” button.
  • You may not complete your order by using the close sign (X) or exiting the checkout page prior to completion of the order.
  • Following the placement of an order, the delivery address and the recipient's information may be updated until the invoice has been issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

Order Cancellation:

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it via the “My Account > My Orders” section or through beymenclub.com/customer/ordertracking. Alternatively, you may submit your cancellation request by emailing us at onlinedestek@beymenclub.com, or by contacting the Beymen Private Customer Relations Line at 444 4 700, available 7 days a week from 09:00 to 18:00.

Once your cancellation request has been approved, if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. In the case of installment payments, the refund will also be processed in installments, in accordance with the policies of your bank. As refund processing times may vary by bank, we recommend contacting your bank directly for further information regarding the timeline of the refund.

Return:

If you wish to return a product, we are pleased to assist you under the following conditions:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, provided that the product’s protective band has not been removed, tags are intact, the item has not been used, and it is in resalable condition with all accessories included. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender with shipping charges due upon delivery. Therefore, we recommend trying the items as soon as possible upon receipt, without causing any damage to the product or its tags. Items that do not meet your expectations may be returned to us in accordance with the terms stated above.
  • Returns may be shipped free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • Upon receipt of your return shipment, you will be notified via email. Once the returned items are inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, your refund will be forwarded to your bank within 3 business days. Refunds will be made according to your original payment method; installment payments will be refunded in installments. You may contact your bank for details regarding the processing of the refund.
  • For reasons of health and hygiene, returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and food products.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, you can initiate your return by retrieving the return shipment code via beymenclub.com/customer/ordertracking.

If you placed your order through a registered Beymenclub.com account or the Beymen mobile application, you can access order details under “My Account > My Orders.” If you completed your purchase as a guest, you may track the return process via the same link or through SMS/email notifications.

  • You may initiate a new return request for products within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Once generated, your return code is valid for 7 days. If you have not handed over your return package to the courier or shipping office within this period and are still within the 30-day return window, you may request a new return code to proceed with your free return.
  • Refunds for approved returns will be transferred to your bank within 3 business days, to be processed back to the payment method used during the original transaction. The average processing time for credit card refunds is 1–3 business days, but this may take longer for debit card payments. Please note that Beymenclub.com cannot intervene in bank procedures. For installment purchases, refunds will be processed in installments as per banking regulations.

Replacement:

If you wish to replace a product purchased from Beymenclub.com that has not been altered or tailored, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

  • Eligible products may be exchanged at any Beymen retail store within 30 days from the invoice date, provided that you present your invoice.
  • Replacement can only be performed at Beymen stores. Products purchased from Beymenclub.com cannot be replaced at Beymen boutique stores. Products eligible for return from Beymenclub.com can be exchanged or returned at Beymen stores, while products from the Beymen Club brand can be exchanged or returned at Beymen Club stores. Upon return, you may receive a Return Product Card, which may be used indefinitely at any Beymen or Beymen Club store and on Beymenclub.com, when presented with a valid ID. Please note that refunds cannot be processed in-store; only exchanges are permitted.
  • Products purchased from Beymen Boutique may only be exchanged at the boutique of purchase; products from Beymen Outlet and Beymen Seasons must be exchanged at their respective locations.
  • Products purchased through Strategic Business Partners are not eligible for exchange.
  • For gift product exchanges, the Gift Exchange Card must be presented. Please note that no monetary refund is provided in gift exchanges.
  • Products customized according to your request, perishable goods or those nearing their expiry (such as food), items with protective seals removed (e.g., cosmetics, books, accessories), and hygienic items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected with respect to defective products or those not conforming to the stated specifications.
  • Products purchased from Beymen Club Outlet stores may only be exchanged at Beymen Club Outlet stores.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTRACT

Before your transaction is completed, we will send the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement to your e-mail address, where you will enter the system after the sale is completed, and we will store it for you for 10 (ten) years. You can access the contracts related to all purchases you make from www.beymenclub.com for 10 (ten) years on the My Orders page.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS

In the event of a dispute arising between the Consumer and Beymen, you may apply to (i) the Consumer Arbitration Committee if the value of the dispute falls within the monetary limits published annually in December by the Ministry of Trade, or (ii) the Consumer Courts if it exceeds such limits. The competent jurisdiction is the consumer arbitration panel and the consumer courts where the consumer's place of residence is located or where the consumer transaction takes place.
In the event of a dispute, you can also resort to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation.
