Delivery

Intra-Istanbul shipments delivered to the cargo have an estimated arrival time of 1 working day and 1 to 4 working days for non-Istanbul shipments. a. Our distribution network is limited to Domestic Cargo and All Jet distribution networks. Currently, delivery to most points for the borders of Turkey is carried out by Yurtiçi Kargo and Hemsi Jet companies.
6. What should I do if my order cannot be delivered to me by Domestic Cargo and All Jet?
a. The estimated arrival time between 1 business days inside Istanbul and 1 to 4 working days outside Istanbul is expected to arrive at the address you specified for your orders. - The exchange process can only be made in Beymen stores. We cannot exchange Beymen.com products from our Boutique stores. You can exchange or return your beymen.com products from Beymen stores that comply with the return conditions and Beymen Club branded beymen.com products with any product from Beymen Club stores. You can get a Return Product Card in exchange for the returned product and use it with your ID card indefinitely in all Beymen, Beymen Club stores and beymen.com. We remind you that only product exchanges can be made in our stores and no refunds can be made.
- Exchanges of products purchased from Beymen Boutique stores are purchased only from the Boutique store where they were purchased; Product exchanges purchased from the Outlet store are only from Beymen Outlet stores; Product exchanges purchased from Beymen Seasons stores are only available from Beymen Seasons stores; and product exchanges purchased from Beymen Club store can only be made from Beymen Club stores.
- Products purchased from our Strategic Partners cannot be exchanged.
