The concept of “Unconditional Customer Happiness”, implemented by signing a principle in the sector at a time when there is no consumer protection law and no mention of consumer rights in Turkey, constitutes the main idea of Beymen Club's “unique and privileged” service concept.

This application, which has been a reference and example in the industry over the years, has been adopted and implemented by all Beymen Club employees in order to better serve its customers who form the focus of Beymen Club from the past to the present day.

Beyond shopping, such as special orders, free lifetime renovations, gift consultation, corporate gifting, 'private shopper', home and workplace service, product exchange and return, free home delivery, last minute service, as well as meeting designers from world famous brands, attending fashion weeks and exclusive product supply within the scope of 'Unconditional Customer Happiness' Unique experiences are offered.

If an item you buy from Beymen Club does not fit exactly on you, your clothing will be adjusted to your size for free.

It is our basic principle that you will be happy as a result of your purchase from Beymen Club. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will return the product in the ways and periods specified below or present a “return product voucher” that you can use with your ID in all Beymen Club and Beymen stores.

CHANGE SIZE, MODEL, COLOR AND PRODUCT

Don't you like the color or model of the products you bought from Beymen Club? Or do you want to buy another product instead of the one you bought?

You can exchange or return unused and unmodified items with your invoice at any Beymen Club store within 30 days at the latest.

When you want to replace your product with another product;

• You can replace your product with any product that has the same price.
• If the price of the product you want to buy is higher than what you are going to exchange, you can pay the difference in price by cash or credit card.
• If the price of your newly selected product is lower than the first one you bought, the difference will be presented to you with the “return product voucher”, which is valid in all Beymen Club and Beymen stores and can be used with your ID.
• Or when you want to return your product, you will be refunded by crediting it on the sale price on your invoice. Not all returns and exchanges apply to cosmetics, books, bags, accessories, evening dresses, underwear, swimwear and glasses.

GIFT EXCHANGE

Would you like to exchange a gift from Beymen Club? You can exchange your unused and unmodified products from any Beymen Club store with your “gift exchange card” within 30 days at the latest.

• You can replace your product with any product that has the same price.
• If the price of the product you want to buy is higher than what you are going to exchange, you can pay the difference in price by cash or credit card.
• If the price of your newly selected product is lower than the first one you bought, the difference will be presented to you with the “return product voucher”, which is valid in all Beymen Club and Beymen stores and can be used with your ID.
• Cash refunds are not available for gift exchanges.

The labels on your products contain usage and cleaning information. Following the instructions for use will extend the life of your product. You can exchange or return your unused Beymen Club products within 30 days at the latest.

When you want to change a product you have purchased, you must also bring your invoice with you. Please do not forget to bring your “Gift Exchange Card” when you wish to exchange products that have been gifted to you. We kindly ask you to try your gift items without wasting time and bring them to the nearest Beymen Club store no later than 30 days if there is a problem.
